DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is looking for a Supplier that will provide Elevator Modernization and Maintenance Services for Student Family Housing for 3 passenger elevators and 1 service elevator at 30 Charles St. West and 2 passenger elevators and 1 service elevators at 35 Charles St. West in Toronto, Ontario.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of the contract is five (5) years with option to extend to two (2) years with one-year term each.
