DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is looking for a Supplier that will provide Elevator Modernization and Maintenance Services for Student Family Housing for 3 passenger elevators and 1 service elevator at 30 Charles St. West and 2 passenger elevators and 1 service elevators at 35 Charles St. West in Toronto, Ontario.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/47699 on or before Tuesday, December 21, 2021 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of the contract is five (5) years with option to extend to two (2) years with one-year term each.

Time: Within 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Site visits will staggered every 30 minutes.
Location: University of Toronto, 35 Charles St. West, Ontario, M4Y 1R6. Proponents are to meet the University representative at the lobby of the building.
