DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT

The University is conducting an RFP for Electric Ice Resurfacing Machine.

Electric Ice Resurfacing Machine for Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated

The term of the contract is 2 years with an option to extend for another 3 years.

Date: November 24, 2022
Time: 10:00 am to 11:00 am local time
Location: University of Toronto, Varsity Centre, 299 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5S 1W2. Proponents are to meet the University representative at the lobby of the building.
Proponents are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to inspect the site and current machine and gain better understanding of the requirements.
Proponents should RVSP the University contract and Chris Dickens (Christopher.Dickins@utoronto.ca) by November 23, 2022
