DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Caretaking Services for 255 Beverley Street - 3rd & 4th Floors. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
One year contract (the “Term”) including:
Commencement date:  June 15, 2022
Completion date: June 15, 2023
with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for one additional terms of a one (1) year term.
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 45.5 out of 70 points for the technical evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
