DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Biowaste Disposal Services. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/48322 on or before January 18, 2022 2:00:00 p.m. local time. The submissions will not be opened publicly.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
One (1) year contract (the “Term”) including:
Commencement date:  May 1st, 2022  
Completion date: April 31, 2023
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 36out of 60 points for the technical evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
