DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Architectural Services for Washroom Refresh –St. George Campus The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
The contract term for the proposed provision of services is for three (3) years.
Estimated Commencement date: February 2022  
Estimated Substantial Completion: April 2025
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 45.5 out of 70 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
