DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The Department of Anthropology at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) is requesting proposals for a Transmitted Polarized Light Microscopy Imaging Suite. The system must have capability for automation for large area mosaic autofocus, Z-stacking workflow, and high specification imaging system. The configuration should include a designated high specification workstation where the images will be stitched and rendered. This system will be employed as part of an automatic AI phytolith ID workflow. It will be employed to digitize entire microbotanical phytolith slides.

As set out in the RFP Data Sheet, the Goods and/or Services are to be financed in part by the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI).
