Description:
The University of Toronto – I&ITS department is seeking a lease arrangement to cover the refresh of some public computing facilities. Financing proposals should be for a four-year term and include all pertinent information with respect to timelines, payments, and terms. Proponents should provide an option in favour of the University to extend the lease Agreement for an additional one (1) year term and should be included in the Appendix C Rate Bid Form. Proponent should include end of lease options as part of their proposal.

Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement :
The Successful Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an Agreement with the University for the provision of the Deliverables in the form attached as Appendix A to the RFP. It is the University’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the lease Agreement is to be for a period of four (4) years with an option in favour of the University to extend the lease Agreement for an additional one (1) year term for a potential total term of five (5) years). It is anticipated that the Agreement will be executed on or around May 2018.

Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
Electronic Auction:
The process does not involve an electronic auction.
