DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT

The University of Toronto, Mississauga Campus is issuing this RTQ for a Structural Restoration Contractor for CUP Service Tunnel Repairs.

This Request to Qualify issued by Facilities Management and Planning, at the University of Toronto Mississauga on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto is a request to qualify applicants for the replacement of the ground floor level concrete slab of the Central Utilities Plant (CUP).

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before November 20, 2020 (2:00:00 PM local time).

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:

CONTRACT DETAILS
It is anticipated that the RFT will be issued in March 2020.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
