DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Shuttle Bus Services.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before December 5, 2018 (2:00:00 PM local time).

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:

Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 60 out of 80 points for the Technical Evaluation will not proceed to the Demonstration or Price Evaluation and will receive no further consideration.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of five years with an option in favour of the University to extend the Agreement for one (1) additional five (5) year term for a potential total term of Ten (10) years. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be executed on or around the beginning of June 2019.
