DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Tender issued by Facilities Management and Planning, at the University of Toronto Mississauga on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto is an open call to prospective bidders to submit Tenders for the provision of General Construction Services of the repavement of parking lots P5 and partial P8

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of April 17, 2019 2:00 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
The submissions will not be opened publicly.
 
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Pass / Fail Site Visit – April 8, 2019 @ 10:00 AM Local Time. 
 
Meeting Location: Parking Lot P5 at the Child Care Center sign, U of T Mississauga Campus, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5L 1C6..

The site visit is intended for bidders to carefully examine the site and note the conditions affecting the work prior to the Tender submission. Bidders are encouraged to invite sub-contractors. Alternative date will not be provided for the Site Visit.
 
In addition to the factors set out in RFT Section 6.3(2)(a) and 6.3(2)(b), the University will evaluate the Tenders based on the following additional factors:

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

CONTRACT DETAILS
Milestone Schedule:
The contractor shall commence work upon receipt of written notification of award. The contractor shall coordinate all work with the University.
