University of Toronto Mississauga will be conducting a Proponents Meeting in the form of a Mandatory Site Visit on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 @ 10.00 a.m.

The site visit is mandatory and failure to attend will result in the proposal being declared noncompliant.
The Site Visit will commence at 10.00am and will include an initial meeting to discuss key elements of the RFP and scope of work and address any proponent questions.
The meeting will be followed by a tour of the existing venues and back of house facilities Proponents will be required to arrive at the Meeting Place (Davis Building Food Court Seating Area) 15 minutes prior to the 10am time. A representative from UTM H&AS will then direct individuals to the pre-assigned meeting room.
Proponents will be permitted to, and provided opportunity to, photograph and/or video specific venues so long as UTM students and staff or other Proponent representatives are not in the photos/videos.
Proponents will be limited to three (3) representatives. Proponent representatives attending the Site Visit are recommended to park in Parking Lot 8 and enter through the Recreation, Athletics, and Wellness Centre entrance.
Proponents to notify the RFP Contact Person by Monday, April 10, 2023 of the names and contact information of the individuals who will be attending the visit.
