This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Facilities Management and Planning Department at the University of Toronto Mississauga on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Professional Engineering Services for the GGRP (Greenhouse Gas Reduction Program) Mechanical Retrofit Phase I.
