Recommended Site Visit – July 17, 2018 @ 2:00 PM Eastern Time.  Meeting Location: Parking Lot P9, University of Toronto Mississauga Campus. The site visit is intended for bidders to carefully examine the site and note the conditions affecting the work prior to the Tender submission. Alternative date will not be provided for the Site Visit.

This procurement is covered by:
•             Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
•             Chapter 9 of the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement
 
Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement :
The contractor shall commence work upon receipt of written notification of award and substantially complete by August 31, 2018. The contractor shall coordinate all work with the University. All work will be completed from the exterior on the rooftop above the Meeting Place.
