The University will be conducting a Proponents Meeting.
The on-site optional General Proponents Meeting will be held on January 24, 2023 @1.00 p.m. local time. Please see below for details:
The Site Visit will commence at 1:00 pm and will include an initial meeting to discuss key elements of the RFP and scope of work and address any proponent questions. The meeting will be followed by a tour of The Print Shop.
Proponents are advised to arrive at the Meeting Place (Davis Building
Food Court Seating Area) 15 minutes prior to the 10am time. A representative from the University will then direct proponents to The Print Shop.
Proponents will be permitted to, and provided opportunity to, photograph
and/or video specific venues so long as University students and staff or other Proponent representatives are not in the photos/video.
Proponents will be limited to two (2) representatives. Before attending campus and while on campus, Proponent representatives will be required to follow any University of Toronto health protocols in place – these protocols may include COVID pre-screening requirements and/or masking requirements. Only proponent representatives who successfully meet these protocols will be allowed to attend the Optional Site Visit.
