DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Supplier Qualification (“RFSQ”) is being issued by the University of Toronto Mississauga, Facilities Management and Planning Department, to establish a list of qualified General Contractors - Construction in the following categories: Category A) GC - $0 to $5M, Category B) GC $5M to $10M, Category C) GC Laboratory $0 to $10M.
Category A: General Contractor Services, Projects under $5 million (up to fifteen (15) awarded GCs)
Projects in this Category A require general contractor services for projects under five million dollars ($5,000,000). General contractor services may be inclusive of any interior or exterior projects on campus. For example – Washrooms, Class rooms, Office space, Meeting spaces, Hallways, Ceiling, Flooring, Windows, Paving, Landscaping, Services, Street lighting, etc.
Category B: General Contractor Services, Projects between $5 million and $10 million (up to fifteen (15) awarded GCs)
Projects in this Category B require general contractor services for projects bewteen five million ($5,000,000) and ten million dollars ($10,000,000). General contractor services may be inclusive of any interior or exterior projects on campus. For example – Washrooms, Class rooms, Office space, Meeting spaces, Small Structures, Large Renovations, Roadwork, Exterior Cladding, Windows, Paving, Landscaping, Services, etc.
Category C: Lab Renovations, Projects under $10 million (up to fifteen (15) awarded GCs)
Projects in this Category C require general contractor services to construct laboratories and teaching laboratories; Wet Lab and Dry Lab projects under ten million dollars ($10,000,000). General contractor services may be inclusive of any lab related projects on campus.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of May 12, 2022 2:00 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Minimum Pass Threshold. Proponents must achieve a score of 70% or higher to be considerd.
