DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting a RFP for DESIGN, LAYOUT AND PRODUCTION OF M MAGAZINE.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before December 14, 2018 (2:00:00 PM local time).

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Proponents that do not achieve the minimum scores in the sections indicated below may not be eligible for consideration further in the RFP Process.

Company Experience and Personnel Qualifications (15 Points Minimum)
Design Requirements (20 Point Minimum)
Print/Production Requirements (10 Points Minimum)

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of the University to extend the Agreement for one (1) additional two (2) year term for a potential total term of five (5) years. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be executed in December 2018/January 2019.
