This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is an invitation by Facilities Management and Planning at the University of Toronto Mississauga (“UTM”) on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective bidders to submit Tenders for the provision of Services Required for the UTM 2018-19-11 CCT Building VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) Replacement.

This procurement is covered by:
•             Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
•             Chapter 9 of the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement
 
Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement :
The contractor shall commence work upon receipt of written notification of award and substantially complete by October 30, 2018. The contractor shall coordinate all work with the University and ensure the least amount of disturbance to the occupants of the building. Noisy work to be completed weekends or after hours.
