DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from proponents to provide Professional Architectural and Engineering (Building Science) Consulting Services for CCT Building Envelope Restoration.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Milestone Schedule:

Phase 1, 2 & 3 Exploratory Investigation and Design Completion:  October, 2022
RFT for General Contractor Phase 1: November 2022
Construction Period Phase 1: Spring 2023
Substantial Completion Phase 1: Fall 2023
Deficiency Completion Phase 1: Fall 2023

The resulting agreement will be based on a version the OAA600 – 2013 in conjunction with the University of Toronto supplementary conditions to the OAA600 – 2013.  Please refer to the RFP documents for complete details.
