INTENT
.1 The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete construction of
the project, UdH Campus Kapuskasing Re-roofing for a Stipulated Price contract, in
accordance with the Contract Documents.
.2 The work included in this project consists of architectural and mechanical work required
to complete the roof renovations at Kapuskasing Campus of Université de Hearst, 75
Queen street, Kapuskasing, Ontario.
.3 The successful General Contractor shall commence work and work continuously to
complete the project within the time period indicated in their Tender Form.
