All proposals must be delivered postage prepaid or in person to the Université de Hearst no later than noon (12:00 p.m.) on April 13 2023. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly addressed to:

The envelopes should be clearly marked "Request for Proposal - New Insurance Quote".

Proposals submitted by facsimile, e-mail or any method other than those listed above will not be accepted. Proposals received after the scheduled date and time or received at a location or in a format other than as specified will automatically be declared non-compliant and returned to the supplier unopened.
