Description

The Corporation of the Town of Lincoln (the Town) is requesting Proposals for the following projects: • Economic Development Strategy and Action Plan for the Town • Employment Lands Supply Analysis • Industrial Community Improvement Plan These three projects will set out a guiding path to economic diversification and growth for the Town that will focus on our existing businesses, while laying a path for outside investment. The successful Proponent will be asked to facilitate a variety of engagement processes and produce an overall comprehensive plan for the Town.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
