Description

The TPS is dedicated to delivering police services, in partnership with our communities, to keep Toronto the best and safest place to be. The Toronto Police College operates in support of this mission and the Police Services Act through the on-going training and education of all members.
The Toronto Police Service, Training and Education Unit is responsible for delivering timely, topical and mandatory training to its membership. In 2019, over 17,000 individual educational offerings were delivered both on-line and in person at the Toronto Police College.
The Toronto Police Service through the Toronto Police College seeks to ensure that training results in the delivery of unbiased, professional services to both the community and its membership.
TPS requires a potential supplier to build and deliver a comprehensive transfer of learning analysis program for courses delivered at the Toronto Police Service-College. This transfer of learning analysis will be a new program for TPS.
