Description
Quotations are invited from bidders for the supply and delivery of Lexmark Toner Cartridges on a month to month basis. Deliveries will be to various TPS locations across the GTA. The toner cartridges must be new and from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Refurbished toner cartridges will not be accepted. Bidders must obtain toner cartridges from an authorized distributor of Lexmark.

Contract Term
This contract is on a month to month basis commencing on or around May 13, 2019. It is anticipated that this contract will continue till the end of 2019 or any such time a new multi-year supply contract that may include equipment maintenance and support is put in place through a separate sourcing process.

Closing Date and Time
Electronic submissions will be accepted until 1:00:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.

Non-Exclusivity

The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.

All in accordance with the requirements stated in the RFQ document.
