Description
Toronto Police Service (TPS) is accepting submissions for the RFQ # 1295244-19 for Supply and Delivery of Vehicle Decals for Toronto Police Service (TPS).
Closing Time
Electronic submissions will be accepted until 1:00:00 p.m. on Tuesday November 5, 2019 as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.
Submission Requirements
Your submission for this opportunity Must be sent to TPS using the MERX portal only. Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX portal by the time and RFQ closing date, as per the electronic bid clock identified on MERX, in accordance with the Submission Requirements outlined in the RFQ. Late submissions are not permitted. Any Bid submitted after the submission deadline will be rejected.
Scope of Work
This RFQ, issued by the TPS, is to obtain Bids for supply and delivery of various pressure sensitive logos and cresting (decals), and pressure sensitive reflective striping and pre-spaced legends and kits comprised of various pieces of these decals suitable for use on Toronto Police Service vehicles and equipment, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the RFQ document.
Contract Term
This contract is for a 2 (two) year period commencing upon award of the contract starting from Friday November 15, 2019 until November 15, 2021. TPS reserves the right to renew the contract for an additional two 1-year period.
Specifications
Bidders Must complete the column indicated with Yes / No after each specification statement in Appendix A. Failure to do so will result in your submission being disqualified.
FEE Summary Form
Prices Must not include installation as the installation is not required.
In order to be compliant, the Bidder Must bid every item in Fee summary form, otherwise, the Bid will be non-compliant.

In addition to the mandatory Bid Submission Forms, the following completed forms to be submitted:
- TPS Policies Form
- Environmentally Responsible Procurement Form
- Statutory Declaration Form
- Key Personnel Form
- Bidder's Experience in Similar Work Form
Non-Exclusivity
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
PIGGYBACK
The TPS may, upon request, permit other Public Bodies to purchase against any Contract which may result from this RFQ. Bidders are requested to indicate on the Fee Summary form if they will extend the pricing, terms, and conditions of this Bid to other Public Bodies if the Bidder becomes the Contractor. The Contractor agrees to this provision, participating agencies may enter into a Contract with the Contractor for the purchase of the Goods described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the Contractor. Minor changes in terms and condition, including shipping and delivery options, may be negotiated by participating agencies. Please note: copies of the Contractors submission may need to be provided to the interested agency (in confidence) in order to review prior to participating.
