This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is an invitation by the Toronto Police Services (TPS) to prospective and qualified bidders to submit a quotation for Supply and Delivery of O.E.M Genuine MOPAR Chrysler Automotive Parts
Submission Requirements
Quotations must be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System prior to 1:00:00 P.M. local time on 1:00:00 P.M. on Friday, May 21, 2021 Local Time. (https://www.merx.com/).
Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX portal by the time and closing date, in accordance with the Submission Requirements outlined in the RFQ.

TPS reserves the right to reject any or all responses at its sole discretion.
Specifications
The scope of this RFQ includes the supply and delivery of assorted Genuine O.E.M. MOPAR Chrysler Auto Parts on as required basis as per the parts listed in Schedule “1” – Price Sheet. This is a two (2) year contract with an option to extend it for an additional two (2) one (1) one-year term.
Orders for parts will be placed on an as required basis and will be requested via phone call or fax request or walk in by TPS Fleet Services personnel.
Bidders MUST have a physical Chrysler Dealership capable of providing warranty work.
The successful Bidder must guarantee delivery of the Goods ordered within 8 hours, preferable 2 hours for regular and rush orders, after receipt of a purchase order / blanket contract/ contract release order, to the delivery location specified by the TPS in accordance with this section. TPS reserves the right to use an alternate supplier, if the contractor is not able to provide rush orders within the specified time.
Contract Term
The term of the contract will be for two (2) years from the date of the Award with an option to renew the Contract for an additional two (2) one (1) year terms.
Piggyback(if applicable)
The TPS may, upon request, permit other Public Bodies to purchase against any Contract which may result from this RFQ. Bidders are requested to indicate on the Pricing Submission form if they will extend the pricing, terms, and conditions of this Bid to other Public Bodies if the Bidder becomes the Vendor.
If the Vendor agrees to this provision, participating agencies may enter into a Contract with the Vendor for the purchase of the Goods described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the Vendor. Minor changes in terms and condition, including shipping and delivery options, may be negotiated by participating agencies.
Please note: copies of the Vendor’s submission may need to be provided to the interested agency (in confidence) in order to review prior to participating.
Non-Exclusivity
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
