Description
Toronto Police Service (TPS) is accepting submissions for the RFQ # 1339141-19 For Supply and Delivery of High-Density Storage For Ammunition Evidence at 330 Progress Avenue, Toronto.
SITE VISIT
A site meeting (strongly recommended) will be held on Monday September 23, 2019 11:00 a.m. at 330 Progress Avenue (main lobby), Toronto, Ontario. All vendors who intend to submit a Bid should attend this meeting.
Closing Time
Electronic submissions will be accepted until 1:00:00 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2019, as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.
Submission Requirements
Your submission for this opportunity must be sent to TPS using the MERX portal only. Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX portal by the time and RFQ closing date, as per the electronic bid clock identified on MERX, in accordance with the Submission Requirements outlined in the RFQ. Late submissions are not permitted. Any Bid submitted after the submission deadline will be rejected.
Scope of Work
This RFQ, issued by the TPS, is to obtain Bids for the provision of Supply and Delivery of High-Density Storage For Ammunition Evidence for TPS at 330 Progress Avenue, Toronto location. Bidders must submit detailed requirements and cost prices for the required storage unit according to Option 1 and Option 2 outlined in the RFQ document.
The Bidders may Bid on only one, two or both options. TPS reserves the right to award only one option based on financial restrictions and considerations. TPS will consider OPTION 1 as a first choice if Bids received are under budget constraint of 150k and will award to the lowest compliant Bid received for OPTION 1. Otherwise, TPS will consider the lowest compliant Bid for OPTION 2.
In order to be compliant, the Bidder must bid every item in the package otherwise the Bid will be non-compliant.
Contract Term
This is a one time contract.

- Environmentally Responsible Procurement Form;
- Statutory Declaration Form;
- Key Personnel Form;
- Bidders Experience Form:
Non-Exclusivity
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
SECURITY AND BACKGROUND CHECK
The successful vendor along with all assigned personnel including any sub-consultants will be required to undergo a security background check prior to commencement of any work.
