Description
TPS is accepting submissions for RFQ # 1295127-19 for Supply, Delivery, and Warranty of Genuine Harley Davidson Parts and Accessories.
Submission Requirements
Submissions shall only be accepted electronically via the MERX Portal prior to 1:00:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 26th, 2019 as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.
Your submission for this opportunity must be sent to TPS using the MERX portal only. Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX portal as per the electronic bid clock identified on MERX and the RFQ closing date, in accordance with the Submission Requirements outlined in the RFQ. TPS reserves the right to reject any or all responses at its sole discretion.
Scope of Work
This RFQ, issued by the TPS, is to obtain a Vendor of Record (VOR) for Supply, Delivery and Warranty of Genuine Harley Davidson Parts and Accessories. The successful bidder must deliver the specified Products as per Quotation without substitution or deviation. The bidder shall have a minimum of one (1) location suitable for the ordering and pick-up of components by the TPS. Bidders submitting quotations MUST have completed work similar in type and scope, and shall be able to refer to specific work of a comparable nature.
The TPS has a current fleet of five (5) 2008, twenty (20) 2014, and fifteen (15) 2015 Harley Davidson FLHTP motorcycles.
Contract Term
The term of this Contract is for a 3(three) year period commencing upon awarding the Contract starting from April 1st, 2019 until April 1st, 2022 with an option to renew for an additional two 1-year term ending April 1st, 2024.
Non-Exclusivity
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
Piggyback
The TPS may, upon request, permit other publicly funded organizations and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) to purchase against any Contract which may result from this RFQ. Bidders are requested to indicate on the Fee Summary form if they will extend the pricing, terms and conditions of this Bid to other government agencies, if the bidder becomes the Contractor. The Contractor agrees to this provision, participating agencies may enter into a Contract with the Contractor for the purchase of the Goods described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the Contractor. Minor changes in terms and condition, including shipping and delivery options, may be negotiated by participating agencies. Please note: copies of the Contractors submission may need to be provided to the interested agency (in confidence) in order to review prior to participating.
