Request for Proposal (RFP) # 11349523-20A
TPS is seeking a vendor for the acquisition of a mobile threat defense software for a one (1) year period, with a possible extension of three (3) one (1) year periods. The smartphone asset inventory is a minimum of 750 to 2,000 devices, it is a combination of both Android and iOS for ITS / TPS. TPS will be purchasing the licenses in a phased approach during the term. Currently TPS has a threat protection solution that has been deployed to mobile devices, the software subscription for this solution is scheduled to expire at the end of March 2021.
Mandatory Requirements
Proponents shall refer to the RFP under Mandatory Requirements for the requirements as listed.
Only those firms passing the mandatory requirements will move on to the next stage of evaluation
Term of the Contract
The initial period of performance of any contract resulting from this RFP is tentatively scheduled to begin in March 2021 for one (1) with three (3) one (1) year options to extend.
If required, TPS reserves the right to extend this contract on a month to month basis.
Piggyback (if applicable)
The TPS may, upon request, permit other public bodies and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) to purchase against any part of the contract which may result from this RFP.
