The Toronto Police Service (TPS) is pleased to invite you to participate in an RFP for “Information Technology Infrastructure Value-Added Reseller”. TPS is a municipal police force in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and the primary agency responsible for providing law enforcement and policing services in Toronto. Established in 1834, it was the first local police service created in North America.
TPS is seeking a strategic partnership with an established Value-Added Reseller to enable an open, competitive, and agile contracting vehicle to source Information Technology (IT) infrastructure products and services efficiently. For this purpose, TPS will be posting a Request for Proposal on our primary procurement site, Merx (https://www.merx.com/). TPS intends to post the RFP in the up-coming weeks.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): To ensure and maintain confidentiality of this sourcing process, an NDA maybe needed and will be provided upon issuance of the RFP documents. As part of your RFP submission, you will be required to execute the TPS NDA.
