TPS is accepting submissions for the RFQ # 1326882-19 For Supply and Delivery of Video Cameras and Related Accessories for the TPS.
Closing Time
Electronic submissions will be accepted until 1:00:00 p.m. on Monday, September 23rd, 2019 as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.
Submission Requirements
Your submission for this opportunity must be sent to TPS using the MERX portal only. Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX portal by the time and RFQ closing date, as per the electronic bid clock identified on MERX, in accordance with the Submission Requirements outlined in the RFQ. Late submissions are not permitted. Any Bid submitted after the submission deadline will be rejected.
Scope of Work
This RFQ, issued by the TPS, is to obtain a Vendor of Record (VOR) for the provision of Video Cameras and Related Accessories for TPS. Bidders must submit detailed requirements and cost prices for required equipment according to Package 1, Package 2 and Package 3 outlined in the RFQ document.
The Bidders may Bid on only one, two, three or all packages. The intent is to award each package to the lowest compliant Bid.
In order to be compliant, the Bidder must bid every item in the package otherwise the Bid will be non-compliant.
Contract Term
The term of this contract is for a 1 (one) year period commencing upon award of the contract starting from Friday, November 1st, 2019 until October 31st, 2020. TPS reserves the right to renew the contract for an additional 1-year period. The renewal is contingent upon continued need, budget approval, acceptable performance, and TPS approval if applicable. Pricing shall be firm for the initial 1 (one) year period.
Restrictions, Min requirements and Mandatories
In addition to the mandatory Bid Submission Forms APPENDIX A- SPECIFICATIONS, APPENDIX B- BID SUBMISSION FORMS, APPENDIX C - PROVISIONAL ITEMS AND QUANTITIES FORM, the following forms to be completed with your submission:
- TPS Policies Form
- Environmentally Responsible Procurement Form;
- Statutory Declaration Form;
- Key Personnel Form;
- Bidders Experience Form:
Non-Exclusivity
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
Piggyback
The TPS may, upon request, permit other Public Bodies to purchase against any Contract which may result from this RFQ. Bidders are requested to indicate on the Fee Summary form in Appendix B if they will extend the pricing, terms, and conditions of this Bid to other Public Bodies if the Bidder becomes the Contractor. The Contractor agrees to this provision, participating agencies may enter into a Contract with the Contractor for the purchase of the Goods described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the Contractor. Minor changes in terms and condition, including shipping and delivery options, maybe negotiated by participating agencies. Please note: copies of the Contractors submission may need to be provided to the interested agency (in confidence) in order to review prior to participating.
