Quotations are invited for the Firing Range Maintenance and Blast Mat Replacement for the Toronto Police Service.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS will be accepted until 1:00:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2018 as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.
Your bid submission for this opportunity must be sent to TPS through the use of the MERX PORTAL only. Responses submitted in any other manner shall be found non-compliant and disqualified. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX PORTAL by the Time and Closing Date, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
TPS reserves the right to reject any or all Bids at its sole discretion.
Non-Exclusivity
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
Term of Contract
The base term of this contract is two (2) years, i.e., from the date of award to Dec. 31, 2020 with an option to renew for an additional one (1) year term ending December 31, 2021.
