Submission Requirements
Proposals must be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”) System (https://www.merx.com/).

Proponents are to submit their proposal through the MERX EBS System prior to 1:00:00 P.M. local time on Monday November 30th, 2020.
Scope of Work
TPS intends to award the contract up to three (3) vendors who can supply and deliver the warning peripheral lights for vehicles. Samples will be requested after the bids are closed to ensure compatibility with the fleet vehicles. Bidders are also instructed to include the proposed light peripheral literature with their bid submissions. The award will be based on the best suited capabilities; such as aesthetics, fit and overall design of the light peripheral and total cost. Bidders can bid on all or the selected light categories as specified in the RFQ document.
During the term of the contract, the light peripherals may change due to a design in the vehicle or as needed to accommodate other fleet accessories. If this need should arise, the awarded vendor(s) of this RFQ will be given preference to submit quotations for light peripherals as needed.
All requirements are listed in the RFQ, no alternatives will be accepted.
Term of the Contract
The term of the contract is for two (2) years with the options to extend for two (2) one (1) year periods.
All in accordance with the requirements stated in the RFQ document to be downloaded.
