The Toronto Police Service is seeking Professional Services with expertise in strategic communications and change management advisory services to support the organizations modernization initiative within the culture change program working closely with the Culture Program Team, on an as needed basis.
The term of this contract for the provision of services commences on or around April 22, 2019, to April 19th, 2020. The TPS reserves the right to extend this contract for an additional two (2) one-year terms based on performance and other indicators and may include Board approval.
The services will be required on a part time basis – with the first three months estimated at 40 hours per month. The amount of hours required from the successful proponent will be determined prior to the start of the next 3 months of service.
Contract renewals or extensions, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the TPS. If required, the TPS reserves the right to extend this contract on a month to month basis, or based on a selection of strategic activities that are determined to be best executed by the successful team.
This is a VOR so other service Units may utilize this contract for strategic communications and change management advisory services.
Proponents interested must have a proven track record in providing strategic communications and change management advisor of similar size and complexity.
The TPS may, upon request, if successful vendor agrees, permit other publicly funded organizations to purchase against any contract which may result from this RFP.
