Description

As part of TPS’ management and maintenance of its facilities, there is an on-going, but variable, need of architectural services to assist it in understanding its needs and executing projects related to interior renovations or construction fit-up projects. The value of these renovation or retro-fit projects may vary between $100,000 to $3,000,000.

The Toronto Police Service (TPS) invites experienced architectural consulting firms to submit Proposals to be selected as Prequalified Proponents for various projects requiring interior renovations or construction fit-up projects. The TPS intends to pre-qualify up to six (6) architectural firms who will then be eligible to participate in subsequent Request for Services competitions related to specific projects and requirements on an as needed basis.
