RFQ 2024-02 Accelerator - RFQ for Progressive Design-Build Work for the Accelerator Program

Prior to GTAA granting a Participant access to the Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”), the Participant must complete and execute the non-disclosure agreement made available through the GTAA MERX Portal. To access the non-disclosure agreement; please use the link to access, complete and submit the Web Form provided in the attached Notice to Proponents document. Upon receipt of the executed non-disclosure agreement, GTAA will provide the Participant with access to the RFQ. If the Participant is a Joint Venture, the Participant-in-Charge must return an executed copy of the non-disclosure agreement to the Sourcing Representative to obtain access to the RFQ and the Participant-in-Charge must ensure all other Joint Venture members return their individual executed copies of the non-disclosure agreement to the Sourcing Representative prior to being provided with access to or copies of the RFQ.
It is highly recommended that Participants perform a thorough review of the RFQ. Failure to comply with the RFQ requirements may result in your Submission being declared non-compliant and disqualified.
