Event Note

The briefing can be attended virtually or in person, and it will be folllowed by a site tour.
During the site tour, proponents are expected to arrange their own vehicle to travel between site locations.
Meeting location: GTAA, details in the RFP package.
Parking instructions: Attendees may park their vehicles within the visitors parking lot.
Meeting time: The briefing begins at 10 am on November 29, 2023. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time.
Duration: The conference and the on-site tour will take approximately two hours.

The Offeror shall confirm attendance by 3.00 PM, November 28, 2023, to the Sourcing Specialist and advise the number of attendees {limited to a maximum of 3 individuals per Offeror} name, and the email address of the attendees.

It is recommended that the Proponent attend the Briefing.
