Providing the necessary engineered plans for the structure to meet any/all applicable Ontario Building Code requirements and permit issuance from the Township of Rideau Lakes;
Supplying a pre-fabricated building (or acceptable alternative such as an enclosed coverall, etc…), including proper foundation development (to support criteria below), delivery to Township’s site at 4427H Old Kingston Road, and erection of structure;
Structure to meet (or as closely as possible) the following criteria:
- - Minimum 40ft wide, 50ft long
  - Two bay doors that are min. 14ft height, min. 12ft wide
  - Minimum one personnel door
  - Insulated with heating component for temperatures to remain above 7 degrees in all winter temperatures (i.e water cannot freeze inside building in winter)
  - HVAC components necessary to accommodate heating apparatus and proper air circulation
  - Exterior lighting above all entrances and doors
  - Interior lighting for garage use
All electrical work required to connect wiring to existing electrical connections on site
All Mechanical (HVAC/Heating as proposed) installation
No plumbing or water hook up is required to be included as a part of this bid.
