The Township of Rideau Lakes (hereafter referred to as “the Township) is seeking a qualified individual or firm (hereafter referred to as “the bidder”) to provide all labour, materials and equipment, and relevant sub-contractors necessary to execute the renovations needed for the development of a new library at 441 Highway 15, South Elmsley, ON, as per the Scope of Work outlined in this document.
