Description

The Township of Rideau Lakes is seeking proposals to provide concept designs for a Township owned property, known as the Gallagher property, located at Water Street, between St. Mary’s and Main Streets, Portland ON. A site plan sketch of the property is included as an attachment to this RFP. The successful bidder will develop a proposal to provide deliverables identified in Section 2.0. The bidder must have the necessary qualifications to engage with municipal staff and the community.
