The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide waste management services with a high degree of customer service for the following campuses:

Main Campus (All buildings) - 2000 Talbot Road, Windsor, ON N9A 6S4
- Fire Hall Cabana Road - 1905 Cabana Rd W, Windsor, ON N9G 1C7
Chatham Campus (Main Building, Mary Uniac, Healthplex) - 1001 Grand Avenue West, Chatham, ON N7M 5W4
- Powerline –23508 Bear Line Rd, Chatham, ON N7M 5J7
Downtown Windsor Campus
- St. Clair College Centre for the Arts (SCCCA) - 201 Riverside Drive, Windsor, ON N9A 5K4
- MediaPlex - 275 Victoria Avenue, Windsor, ON N9A 6Z8
- TD Student Success Centre - 305 Victoria Avenue, Windsor, ON N9A 4N4

The Proponent will draw on its experience to substantially increase waste diversion rate and find innovative and sustainable strategies and operations to reduce waste going to landfills.
