Description

The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide snow removal and ice control services, including labour, equipment, and supervision, for the following locations:

Main Campus: 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 6S4
St. Clair College Fire Hall: 1905 Cabana Road West, Windsor, Ontario, N9G 1C7
Skilled Trades Regional Training Centre: 3403 St. Etienne Blvd., Windsor, Ontario, N8W 5B1
St. Clair College Centre for the Arts: 201 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 5K4
MediaPlex: 275 Victoria Avenue, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 6Z8
TD Student Success Centre: 305 Victoria Avenue, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 4M7
Downtown Campus: 1 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 5K3
Downtown Campus: 333 Riverside Drive, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 7C5
Chatham Campus: 1001 Grand Avenue West, Chatham Ontario, N7M 5W4
National Powerline Training Centre including adjacent pole field: 23508 Bear Line Road, Chatham, Ontario, N7M 5J7

The Purchaser reserves the right to award one (1) Proponent for the Windsor, Ontario locations, one (1) Proponent for Chatham, Ontario locations, or one (1) Proponent for both locations.

Service hours for this Agreement are on a 24-hour, 7 days per week basis, including holidays.
