Description

The Purchaser is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies to complete work listed below as per drawings (See Appendix A) and project specification, including, but not limited to:

Replace existing 600A, 347/600V, Motor Control Center (MCC#1) (See Appendix B) located at penthouse level in St. Clair College A-Block.
Replace existing two 100HP and four 10HP, 600V fan motors with new inverter duty motors.
Supply and install new six Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) (See Appendix C) and bypass disconnect switch for above motors, including electrical wiring modification and connections.

Install conduit and wiring for Building Automation Systems. Building Automation System field devices, termination and programming to be completed by owner.
