RFP#2023-018 - RFP#2023-018 Disability Claims Management Services

The Purchaser is seeking proposals from organizations to provide Post-Secondary Sick and Disability accommodations (Non-Occupational), Short Term Disability Claims Management, Mental Health Counselling (including in-person & remote services) and Return to Work Services for employees at St. Clair College. The Proponent must also be able to provide consultation and/or claims management from time to time on attendance, WSIB claim advice, and accommodations not related to sick leaves at the Purchaser’s request. In addition, the ability to offer a solution to the Purchaser as it pertains to the recording and tracking of Occupational and Non-Occupational illness/injury that will be managed by the Proponent would be an asset. This could include the use of software and customization to the Purchaser’s internal requirements.


The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of three (3) years. This Agreement term is subject to approval by the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services (MGCS) at this time due to its Interim Measures directive. If not approved, the Agreement will be intended for a period of two (2) years.
