Description

The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide parking lot expansion construction and parking lot reconstruction services. Work shall include associated appurtenances, illumination, pavement marking sewer and drainage work. The work to be carried out shall include the furnishing of all labour, supervision, plant and materials necessary to carry out the specifications described in Schedule A: Specifications and Scope of Work, or as may otherwise be directed by the Engineer for the project.

Work associated with this RFP shall commence May 1, 2024. Proponents are required to reach total completion of the work by August 16, 2024. A two (2) year maintenance provision applies to all work.
