Description

The Purchaser is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to complete work for HVAC unit replacements and control upgrades at the St. Clair College Chatham Campus HealthPlex located at 1001 Grand Avenue, Chatham, ON N7M 5W4 as specified in Schedule A: Specifications and Scope of Work.

The work shall be substantially completed as certified by the consultant no later than April 30, 2024. The timing of this work will need to be carefully coordinated with the HealthPlex hours of operations.
