RFP#2017-219 - Grass Cutting and Bed Maintenance

he Purchaser is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide grass cutting services for our South Campus located at 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, ON N9A 6S4, and grass cutting and bed maintenance services for our Chatham Campus located at 1001 Grand Ave. West, Chatham, ON M7N 4W3.
 
A mandatory site meeting will be conducted for all interested Proponents on March 27 at 1:00 pm in Windsor and March 28 at 9am in Chatham.  Interested Proponents must report to Room 43 at the Purchaser’s South Campus (2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, ON N9A 6S4) on March 27 and Room L4 at the Purchaser’s Chatham Campus (1001 Grand Ave, Chatham, On N7M 5W4) on March 28.  Proponents will be given an opportunity to ask questions, seek clarification, inspect grass areas, etc. to ensure accuracy. Proposals submitted by Proponents who did not attend the mandatory meeting will be disqualified and/or returned unopened.
