The Owner is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors for the provision of elevator modernization and maintenance for the freight elevator at the St. Clair College Centre for the Arts located at 201 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, ON N9A 6S4 as specified in Schedule A: Specifications and Scope of Work.

Contractors are required to reach total completion of work by February 28, 2024. A two (2) year maintenance provision applies to all work.
