The following is a general but not necessarily complete description of the works to be constructed under this contract:
William Street Reconstruction:

Remove existing storm sewer;
Install new storm sewer, maintenance holes, oil and grit separator and storm catch basins;
Remove existing roadway granulars, roadway asphalt, and install new roadway granulars, asphalt, and concrete curb;
Install new concrete sidewalks.
