Description

The Township of South Glengarry is planning to construct a new Public Works Facility in 2019 to replace the existing building currently in use in the Village of Williamstown and requires the services of an Architectural/Engineering Consultant with proven capabilities to undertake the design of the project.

The suggested Floor Plan and Exterior View of the new Public Works Facility has been recommended by administration and is appended to the RFP. The size of the new Public Works Facility will be approximately 8,000 square feet.

The Township has a preferred site on Airport Road where the Facility will be constructed. The decision on the location has not been confirmed so site works and site services will not be included in the scope of the work for this RFP.
